about me.
Meet Andrew.
Lead Coach and Consultant.
Andrew Daub (he/him) loves to partner with cool people building cool things, all so that work actually works for everyone. He has worn many hats - founder, COO, head of sales, fellowship designer, nonprofit manager, and special education teacher. He has an MPH from Johns Hopkins University, an MEd from George Mason University, and a BA from the University of North Carolina – Chapel Hill. He is certified in executive coaching through the University of California - Berkeley. Andrew lives in Brooklyn, NY, and will gladly talk with you about Laura Dern, Viola Davis, tennis, queer fiction, travel deals, tea, his failed child acting days, or Amber Glenn’s triple axel.

Why me.
01
Founder Experience
Andrew co-founded and led an inclusive leadership consulting nonprofit, scaled to a multi-million dollar budget and 25+ team in 5 years, and built systems to sustain strong, inclusive culture. He brings direct, personal, honest insights as a founder - from startup to sunset, from burnout to breakthrough.
02
Deep, Diverse Client Experience
Andrew has trained managers and people teams across sector and organizational stage development, including Big Tech, mission-driven startups, global foundations, national nonprofits, a ballet company, and professional hockey team. He brings insights from working with teams building culture for the first time and with more established organizations navigating big change.
03
Certified Executive Coach
Andrew has 15+ years as a coach, including certification through UC Berkeley. He has coached at every level of leadership, from C-suite to first-time manager.
Commitment.
Sometimes, you may need help beyond what one person can do. Andrew will tap into his own collective of other coaches and consultants, all of whom bring different perspectives, superpowers, and lived experiences. We'll either come up with a team that meets your needs, or he'll refer you to someone else.
Vibes.

Here's how things feel when we work together:
-
Partnership: Everything starts with relationships. We'll collaborate, learn, and build together.
-
Purpose: We'll keep things practical, without losing the big picture.
-
Presence: Good culture takes work. We'll create space to reflect, celebrate progress, and surface lessons learned.
-
Play: Reimagining how we do work requires creativity - and should be fun!
