How do you put coaching at the center of your leadership?  How do you build people up and get out of the way, all so that your team can achieve great outcomes?  Join this learning series on people coaching, designed to deepen your ability to develop others.  Whether already managing folks or leading others through projects, you can flex your coaching muscles through reflection, discussion, and practice.  This accelerated program jumpstarts your coaching skills through live virtual training, independent reflection, peer coaching practice, and 1:1 coaching over 2 months - just in time for you to maximize your impact over the second half of the year!

Who might be a great fit?

  • Player coaches (individuals who lead projects and others, even if they aren’t formal managers)

  • Emerging or new people managers

  • People managers or team leaders who want to incorporate more coaching into their practice

  • Asking questions as a way to facilitate reflection and develop others

  • Planning strong conversations, which can translate to check-ins and meetings

What does this series include?

  • 6 (six) 90-minute live virtual learning sessions*

  • 2 (two) video modules for supplemental self-guided learning

  • 2 (two) 90-minute peer coaching sessions

  • 2 (two) 60-minute 1:1 executive coaching sessions with Andrew

  • Access to pre-learning session reflection exercises, resources, and tools

  • A groovy greetings welcome package shipped to you

  • A community of others leaders eager to center purpose and people in their work

*Short recordings of content will be made available after each session, in case you can’t attend.  The interactive cohort design will lead to deepest learning, but we get it: life happens, and you may miss a session!

What’s the time commitment?

We anticipate setting aside 2-4 hours/week.  Every live session will come with some pre-reflection and optional extension activities.  You can choose how deep you’d like to go with each topic.  Some weeks may be busier than others, depending on if you’re doing a 1:1 or peer coaching conversation.

What is pricing?

This program is $2,475.  Full payment upfront is required prior to start date; credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and traditional invoice options are available.  No refunds are provided (unless in the unlikely event of program cancellation), however, you may gift your spot to a colleague if you are no longer able to attend and share your substitute by May 26, 2025.   If you have any financial questions, please reach out to andrew@studiogroovy.com to discuss.  We’ll do our best to resolve any cost barriers to participation.
